Pas de suspense à Oradea. Nos jeunes Bleus ont écrasé l'Allemagne U16, 87–58, en dominant de bout en bout lors de cette rencontre du FIBA U16 EuroBasket Division A.
La France n'a jamais cédé le contrôle. Dès le premier quart, l'écart s'installait (32–15), et les Allemands ne sont jamais revenus. Au cœur du troisième quart, nos jeunots menaient déjà de 26 points (69–43). Un passage en force en quatrième quart, ponctuée par une série décisive de 11–0 (48–69 à 48–80), a scellé le sort d'une rencontre à sens unique.
Taïg Nonga Drieux a mené la danse avec 16 points sur un impressionnant 7/9 au tir, complétés de 6 rebonds. Isaac Ramphort a porté le jeu offensif avec 15 points (5/6 aux tirs) et 4 passes, tandis qu'Emmanuel Destom Alger a apporté 9 points et une présence défensive constante.

Danny Egbe steered Germany U16 past our young Lions with 16 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals in a dominant 82–60 victory at the FIBA U16 EuroBasket Division A.
The margin told the story. Our youngsters were outmatched across the floor, unable to find rhythm on either end as Egbe operated with the kind of composure and efficiency that separated the two sides. His ball-handling and court vision kept the German offense flowing, while his length on the perimeter forced repeated turnovers that fueled the run.
It was a blowout that exposed some hard truths about where Belgium U16 sits in this competition. Next up, our young Lions will need to regroup quickly.

Germany controlled this one from start to finish. Our young Lions never led, and by the fourth quarter the gap had ballooned to 22 points in what became a lopsided defeat in Oradea.
The visitors jumped ahead 17–11 in the first quarter and never surrendered the lead. Belgium clawed back in the second, outscoring Germany 21–16 to cut it to 33–32 at halftime, but that was as close as it got. A devastating 10–0 run in the third—from 33–32 to 43–32—broke the contest open. Germany's defense tightened, and our offense couldn't keep pace. The fourth quarter saw Germany pour in 26 points while Belgium managed only 13, finishing 82–60.
Marko Volf led Germany with 20 points on 7 of 15 shooting, adding five assists and three steals. Danny Egbe chipped in 16 points on efficient 5-of-10 work, while Oliver Papez hit three three-pointers for nine points. For Belgium, Youssef Zagdoud posted 13 points and four assists, and Joah Ikoma Yaliko added 10 points and three blocks, but their shooting—Zagdoud 0 for 3 from three, Mats Pepermans 1 for 3—reflected the struggle.
