KBBC Oostkamp escaped with a 98–91 win over BC Asse-Ternat in a back-and-forth Group B affair. The home side steadied themselves in the fourth quarter with a decisive 34–24 run, but it came after trailing by three at the half and falling three points behind again after three. Oostkamp's first-quarter control — a 28–23 lead — evaporated when Asse-Ternat outscored them 20–12 in the second to take a 43–40 halftime advantage. The visitors then ripped a 9–0 run midway through the third to push their lead to 11 at 52–41. Oostkamp clawed level by quarter's end at 67–64, and the fourth-quarter surge proved the difference. It remained tight inside the final two minutes, but the hosts held firm. Sam Caron led Asse-Ternat with 27 PTS on 10/17 shooting and added 7 AST and 5 REB, while Jan Goyens shot efficiently for 25 PTS (12/14 FG). Kevin Anneessens chipped in 15 PTS. For Oostkamp, Joran Vercruysse posted 23 PTS on 7/16 shooting with 5/9 from three, Dylan Inussa Isako added 17 PTS on 7/9 accuracy, and Julian Dewinter scored 14 PTS.
