KBBC Oostkamp beat KBGO Finexa Basket@Sea 79–71 behind Quentin Serron's 20

KBBC Oostkamp held off a second-half push from KBGO Finexa Basket@Sea to secure an 8-point win in Group B play. The contest was tightly contested through three quarters—six lead changes and four ties shaped a back-and-forth rhythm—but Oostkamp's fourth-quarter control proved decisive. After KBGO led by as many as 7 late in the first quarter, Oostkamp climbed back in. The sides were level at 31–30 by half-time. Oostkamp then seized momentum midway through the third, rattling off an 8-0 run to build breathing room at 51–40, ultimately taking a 57–53 edge into the fourth. A late surge from KBGO could not quite close it; Oostkamp's 13-point lead with 53 seconds left proved enough to hold on at 79–71. Quentin Serron led Oostkamp with 20 points on efficient 7/12 shooting, adding 7 rebounds and 6 made free throws. Dylan Inussa Isako contributed 14 points on 6/9 from the field. Siel Dedoelder paced KBGO with 22 points on 7/13 shooting, but perimeter shooting—1/4 from three across the side—left them short. Oostkamp travel to Royal Waterloo Basket on Friday 9 October. KBGO host Ninane Promotion on Saturday 10 October.
