Maxime Tchako put on a clinic in the paint for Basket Sijsele, finishing with 17 points and 13 rebounds across 26 minutes as the hosts dismantled Ninane Promotion 87–47 in Top Division Men Group B. The big man was efficient from the field, shooting 5 of 8 overall and a perfect 6 for 6 from the free-throw line. He added a three-pointer, moved the ball without turning it over, and managed his foul trouble well with just two infractions. It was a complete performance that left little room for Ninane to mount anything resembling a contest. A 40-point margin at home is blunt basketball, and Tchako's control of both boards—13 rebounds in just over half a game—underlined how thoroughly Basket Sijsele controlled the tempo and space. Next up, the hosts face their next Group B assignment.
