Mathieu Coucke ran the floor cleanly on Saturday night, his 17 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists built on near-flawless efficiency: 5 of 8 from the field, 3 of 6 from three, and a perfect 4 for 4 at the line, all in 30 minutes with zero turnovers. Basket Waregem dismantled Avanti Brugge 2015 at De Treffer, winning 92–72 by 20. It was the kind of performance that left little room for argument — Coucke's economy of movement and decision-making set the tempo, and his outside touch opened up space for others to operate. The Belgian top division is built on nights like this: controlled, efficient basketball where a skilled playmaker can dictate without needing to force. Coucke's next assignment comes midweek.
