Mathieu Coucke carried Basket Waregem's offense in a 67–50 defeat at AB0 LDP Donza, finishing with 18 points, 4 rebounds and 2 steals across 31 minutes. He was 6-for-6 from the line and 5-for-12 from the floor, though his three-point shot would not fall (2-for-9). The margin ballooned too wide for any single performance to bridge. Donza built enough separation that Waregem's second-half efforts could not close the gap, leaving Coucke's strong individual night without the result it deserved. He did not turn the ball over often—just 2 turnovers in 31 minutes—and stayed disciplined on defense with his pair of steals. Waregem travel next in the Top Division regular season with work to do on both ends.
