Amon Jeugd Gentson beat Andenne 76–65 behind Jarit Fermaut's 18

Amon Jeugd Gentson held the lead from start to finish, using a sharp second-quarter burst to build a 16-point cushion and keep Andenne at arm's length through the final quarter. The home side won 76–65 in Group A play. After a 21–15 opening, Gentson ripped off an 8-0 run midway through the second to stretch their margin to 31–20. They took a commanding 40–32 into halftime and pushed the advantage to 16 with 5:58 left in the third quarter at 55–39. Andenne fought back hard in that period, outscoring their hosts 21–18 to close within 58–53 after three, but Gentson's fourth-quarter defence held firm, securing an 18–12 final stretch. Jarit Fermaut led Gentson with 18 points on 8-of-13 shooting and added 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Thomas Mertens delivered 17 points on efficient 6-of-11 work, including 3-of-4 from three, while Amaury Tandt ran the offence with 16 points, 5 assists and a sharp 5-of-6 three-point night. Kevin Stilmant paced Andenne's effort with 16 points and 7 rebounds, but neither Jimmy Stas (9 points) nor Maxime André (7 points, 8 rebounds) could spark a decisive rally. Gentson visit Gent-Oost Eagles on Sunday, 11 October.
