Great Britain U18 Women beat Denmark U18 Women 68–60 behind Bo Guttormsdottir Frost's 19

Great Britain's U18 Women pulled clear late to hold off Denmark's comeback bid, winning 68–60 in a back-and-forth contest that saw ten lead changes and five ties across the tournament in Division B. Our GB side seized control early, opening with a 24–13 first quarter and stretching the lead to 15 points at 20–5. A clinical 9–0 run in the second quarter (27–25 to 36–25) seemed to have tilted the momentum decisively. But Denmark clawed back steadily. The third quarter swung sharply their way; Denmark outscored GB 20–14 to draw within one at 50–49 heading into the final period. The closing eight minutes proved decisive. GB managed 17 points to Denmark's 11, edging clear in the final two minutes when it mattered most. Bo Guttormsdottir Frost led the way with 19 points and 9 rebounds on 7/16 shooting, steadying the offence when Denmark pressed. Sister Isey chipped in 18 points and 4 assists (6/15 FG, 5/8 FT), while Ophelia Larder-Lee's efficiency off the bench — 11 points on 4/5 from the floor, 3/4 from three — provided crucial depth. Caroline Reumert kept Denmark in the contest with 21 points, though she managed just 9/25 from the field and 2/8 from the free-throw line. Elisa Gurkan-Douglas added 16 points and 9 rebounds but couldn't generate the second-half surge needed to complete the comeback.
