RBC Belgrade rout CEP Fleurus by 20 behind Lucas Démoulin's 33
RBC Belgrade's offense was too much early for CEP Fleurus to handle. A 16-0 run midway through the first quarter pushed the home side ahead 23-9, and they never looked back—leading 34-20 after one and stretching it to 60-33 by halftime. The margin peaked at 31 points late in the second quarter, with Belgrade in complete control of pace and spacing. Fleurus mounted a response in the third, outscoring Belgrade 24-17 to trim the deficit to 20, but the home side's offensive depth was too much. A 33-point, 9-rebound night from Lucas Démoulin on 11-of-16 shooting set the tone; Sami Demirtas added 15 points on 4-of-8 from three, and Mehdi Cerquarelli distributed 5 assists while chipping in 11 points. Anthony Lambot led Fleurus with 16 points, and Jeremy Conreur grabbed 9 boards, but it was a one-sided affair by the finish. Belgrade close out Group A action at Basket Tongeren on Saturday, while Fleurus host Hasselt BT on Friday.
