Val-Dieu Spirou Basket beat Bavi Vilvoorde 79–67 behind Baptiste Seny's 11
Spirou Basket Charleroi B pulled clear in the group stage with a 12-point win over Bavi Vilvoorde, the margin reflecting how decisively they controlled the opening quarter and held firm down the stretch. Charleroi B set the tone early, racing to 26–10 after one. Vilvoorde stayed competitive through the second, both teams posting 16 points in that frame, but Charleroi B held a 42–26 lead at half-time. The third quarter tightened—Vilvoorde outscored them 16–13—yet Charleroi B's buffer held at 55–42 entering the fourth. A late rally from Vilvoorde (25 to Charleroi B's 24 in the final frame) wasn't enough to bridge the gap. Bronne Noa led Charleroi B with 17 PTS on 5/10 shooting, adding 4 REB, 3 AST and a spotless 5/5 from the line. Mohammed Tlarhi contributed 16 PTS on efficient 7/12 work, while Baptiste Seny grabbed 11 PTS and 6 REB. For Vilvoorde, Lenny Coppens mounted the main threat with 18 PTS and 9 REB, though he needed 12 attempts to find his rhythm. Charleroi B host Royal IV Brussels on Sunday 30 Aug.
