Leroy Anthonis finished with 21 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists in 26 minutes as Phantoms Basket Boom held off RBC Belgrade 79–74 at home in Group A play. The forward shot 9 of 14 from the floor and added a steal, though he did miss three of four free throws in a performance that proved efficient enough to settle a tight contest. Anthonis moved the ball and found gaps in a Belgrade defence that stayed close throughout. His work on the glass—seven boards in just over half a game—helped Boom secure possession when the margin tightened late. The five-point margin never told the full story of how narrow the room for error was. Boom travel next in Group A with a result that keeps their push moving forward.
