Ariol Ngueukam Poudeu anchored Union BC Quaregnon's defence down the stretch as they held off BC Asse-Ternat 66–60 in Group Stage play. The big man finished with 7 points, 9 rebounds, 4 blocks and 2 steals across 21 minutes, converting all three free throws and playing a disciplined game despite four fouls. His work on the glass and at the rim proved decisive in a low-scoring affair where margin mattered. The six-point victory clinches Union BC Quaregnon's Group Stage campaign. Ngueukam Poudeu's interior presence — both as a rebounder and rim protector — gave the hosts a reliable anchor when perimeter shooting dried up: he shot 2 of 4 from the field in limited minutes, letting his efficiency speak louder than volume. In a contest that never got far from tied, that kind of steady, high-percentage floor work was exactly what separated the teams.
