Kevin Xavier Punter finished with 19 points on 7-of-12 shooting in 25 minutes as Fc Barcelona held off Efes Pilsen Istanbul 89–82 at home. The American guard's efficiency carried Barcelona through a second half where defensive lapses threatened to undo an early advantage. Punter shot 2-of-3 from three and made all three free throws, minimizing turnovers with just one miscue. His 58.3% field-goal rate and clean shot selection — he took only 12 attempts — reflected a measured, high-volume offensive role rather than a forced one. Istanbul kept the margin tight throughout, but Barcelona's depth and Punter's composure in a six-point final score gave the hosts a necessary regular-season win. His night exemplified the kind of controlled offensive execution required to grind through EuroLeague schedules, especially against a side with Efes's pedigree.
