Mac McClung made the difference for FIATC Girona in a 91-76 road win over Coretec Oostende on Wednesday, finishing with 22 points, 3 assists and 2 rebounds in 26 minutes — a clean 9 of 13 from the field and 3 of 5 from three. The scoreline tells the story: Oostende never found its rhythm, and McClung's efficiency in the opening stretches set the tone early. His shooting touch — particularly from distance — gave Girona a cushion that only grew as the match wore on. Four turnovers and a single free throw miss were the only blemishes on an otherwise controlled display. It was not a close contest. A 15-point margin in Group B play is decisive, and McClung's scoring load in limited minutes underscored how thoroughly Girona dominated the encounter. Oostende will need to regroup quickly as the FIBA Europe Cup group stage continues.
