Giuliano Neri finished with 19 points, 5 rebounds and 2 steals to lead Basket Tongeren to a 85–78 road win over Amon Jeugd Gentson in Group A play. The Tongeren guard was efficient from deep, connecting on 5 of 10 three-pointers, and moved the ball into position without forcing it — just 1 turnover across 34 minutes. Amon Jeugd Gentson kept it close through stretches, but Neri's shooting consistency tilted the balance. He finished 7 of 13 from the field overall, a shooting night that reflected both rhythm and discipline; he attempted just one free throw and didn't need it. Tongeren holds its advantage as the final whistle sounded. Neri's next test comes with Top Division Men 2 group play continuing.
