Final recap

RBC Belgrade rout St.-Truidense by 27 behind Florentin Hucorne's 18

RBC Belgrade proved too sharp early and too deep throughout, dismantling St.-Truidense 84–57 to stretch their winning streak to five straight. The 27-point margin flatters no one: Belgrade's balance and discipline from the opening tip made this a rout. The hosts set the tone in the first quarter, outscoring their guests 24–11 to establish control that never wavered. By half-time, Belgrade led 41–22—a 19-point cushion that reflected a near-total dominance in pace and decision-making. A 20–13 third quarter extended their lead to 26 points, and when Florentin Hucorne and company built a 28-point advantage early in the fourth (63–35 with 9:33 remaining), the result had long been settled. St.-Truidense scraped together some dignity with a 13-0 run mid-quarter to cut it to 63–48, but Belgrade's bench and reserves were content to manage the clock from there. The final quarter went to Belgrade by just one point (23–22), a trivial detail in a game that was never competitive after the opening minutes. Hucorne led Belgrade with 18 points on efficient 6/11 shooting, adding three three-pointers. Lucas Démoulin posted 12 points and 3 blocks, while Vincent Mommer chipped in 12 points and 5 steals in a balanced offensive night. For St.-Truidense, Yannick Ravert compiled a double-double of 15 points and 15 rebounds despite poor shooting (4/13), and Shawn Mousseau grabbed 12 boards with 10 points, but neither could stem the tide. Belgrade improve to 5–1 in Group A. They travel to Phantoms Basket Boom on Saturday. St.-Truidense fall to 2–4 and will host Gembo Borgerhout on Sunday, seeking an end to four straight losses.
