Laura Vilcinskas carried our young Cats to a 86–79 win over Sweden U18 Women with 22 points and 12 rebounds, anchoring both ends of the floor when it mattered most. The Belgian forward's interior presence — four blocks and a steal — made the difference in a tournament where controlled paint play decides tight games. At this level, a double-double on decent volume is the foundation of a win, and Vilcinskas built one. Sweden stayed within reach throughout, but our Cats closed it out. Next up for Belgium U18 Women in Division A play is the chance to string back-to-back victories and build momentum deeper into the tournament.
