Kontich Wolves rout Basket Waregem by 21 behind Domien Loubry's 32
Kontich Wolves snapped a two-game losing skid with a commanding 101–80 victory over Basket Waregem, a 21-point margin that reflected their control from the opening quarter. After a tightly contested start—five lead changes and four ties—Wolves seized the initiative early in the second with a devastating 15-0 run that broke the game open. By half-time, they held a 53–39 cushion and never looked back. The gap only widened. A third quarter where Wolves outscored Waregem by just two points still left them ahead by 16 entering the fourth. With 4:32 left in that quarter, Wolves' lead ballooned to 25 points at 92–67, a decisive run that buried any hope of a comeback. Waregem managed just 23 points in the final frame—too little and too late. Domien Loubry was the engine: 32 points on 11-of-17 shooting, with 6-of-9 from three. Yannick Desiron delivered inside, going a perfect 8 for 8 from the field to finish with 21 points and 8 rebounds. Nick Celis rounded out the effort with a double-double of 14 points and 12 rebounds. Waregem's Timo Casteele led their response with 13 points, but Wolves' depth and shooting precision proved insurmountable. Wolves improve to 2–6, halting a slide that had threatened deeper trouble. Basket Waregem fall to 3–4. Next up, Wolves visit United Basket Woluwe on Friday 13 November.
