Basket SKT Ieper beat Windrose Giants Antwerp 81–75 behind Matteo Verstraete's 16

Basket SKT Ieper held on to extend their winning streak to five, surviving a second-half rally from Windrose Giants Antwerp B to claim a 81-75 victory. The visitors had built a commanding 17-point lead at half-time (45-28), stretching that advantage to 19 points late in the second quarter before Antwerp B clawed back into contention. The turning point came in the third quarter. After trailing 54-35 midway through, Antwerp B reeled off a 9-0 run that cut the gap to 11 by the end of the period (64-53). Ieper's cushion kept shrinking into the fourth—Antwerp B outscored them 22-17 in that quarter—but Ieper's defence held firm down the stretch when it mattered most. Matteo Verstraete led Ieper's offence with 16 points on efficient 6/13 shooting, while Ozzy Massey anchored both ends with 13 points, 17 rebounds and two blocks (double-double). Robbe Van Den Bossche added 11 points and 8 rebounds. For Antwerp B, Youssef Zagdoud's 20 points and 6 assists drove their comeback bid, though he shot just 7/21. Seppe Voet posted a double-double of 16 points and 19 rebounds but managed only 1/5 from distance. Ieper's fifth straight win keeps them atop the standings at 5-1, while Antwerp B fall to 2-4. Both sides return to action on Saturday 24 October—Antwerp B travel to face Basics Melseke-Beveren, while Ieper host United Basket Woluwe.
