Hasselt BT beat St-Niklase Condors 84–79

St-Niklase Condors let a double-digit lead slip away and fell just short down the stretch, losing 79–84 to Hasselt BT in a Group A matchup that stayed competitive until the final possessions. Condors built an early cushion, leading 22–12 after one quarter. But Hasselt's second-quarter surge changed the game entirely — a 13-0 run midway through the period flipped momentum, and the visitors led 44–34 at half-time. Condors clawed back in the third, outscoring Hasselt 26–20 to trail 60–64 heading into the fourth. The final quarter remained tight throughout, with the game still a one-possession contest inside the final two minutes, but Hasselt held on for the five-point win. Senne Geukens led Condors with 30 points on efficient 11/16 shooting, including 4-for-8 from three, while Ferre Vercammen posted a double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds. For Hasselt, Giel Bruyninckx's 21 points and Daan Bijnens's 13 guided the road win. Condors host St.-Truidense on Saturday 3 October.
