Veronika Vorackova finished with 15 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals across 36 minutes, but it was not enough to prevent Czechia Women NT's 70–74 defeat to People's Republic of China Women NT in Group D. The forward's efficiency carried Czechia throughout the encounter — she shot 6-of-13 from the field and connected on 3-of-7 three-pointers without fouling out, a clean performance marred only by the four-point final margin. Vorackova's defensive intensity showed in her steal count, yet the combination proved insufficient to overturn a narrow loss on the road. Czechia's offensive execution fell just short of matching China's output. Vorackova's contribution as their leading scorer underscored how tight the contest became, though the result leaves both teams still competing for positioning in Group D.
