Michael Diggins Jr finished with 12 points, 9 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal and 5 blocks across 34 minutes as Bristol Flyers dismantled Manchester Basketball 76–58 at home. The 18-point margin was built on effort in the paint and at both ends of the floor. Diggins made 4 of 10 from the field (1 of 5 from three) and a perfect 3 of 3 at the free-throw line, with his five blocks the standout defensive contribution. He turned the ball over once and picked up two fouls in a performance that spoke less to shooting touch than to his work on the glass and as a rim protector — exactly what Bristol needed to control the middle in a wire-to-wire win. Manchester had no answer for that defensive intensity. The Flyers' next outing will test whether they can replicate this level of organisation elsewhere.
