Final recap

Phantoms Basket Boom beat Royal IV Brussels 84–75 behind Jens Hendrickx's 18

Phantoms Basket Boom's perfect record in Group A stays intact, but Royal IV Brussels made them earn it. Boom built a 23-point lead midway through the fourth quarter — Jens Hendrickx (18 PTS on 6/11 shooting, 3 AST, 4 STL) and Joppe Bouckaert (15 PTS, 4 AST) orchestrated a relentless offensive rhythm — yet Royal IV Brussels refused to fold. A 9-point Brussels lead early in the first quarter set a scrappy tone: seven lead changes and four ties across the night, the sort of back-and-forth that suggested no easy path to the finish. Boom controlled the second quarter decisively, outscoring Brussels 25–15 to take a 43–34 half-time cushion. Brussels clawed back three points in the third, but at 53–64 entering the fourth, Boom's nine-point advantage looked decisive. Hendrickx and Mitchel Gorremans (11 PTS, 6 REB) kept the pressure on, and when Boom's 10-0 run peaked at 55–74 with under five minutes left, it looked over. Brussels had other ideas. They won the fourth quarter 22–20, riding Jad Riahi (15 PTS, 5/5 from the line, 2 STL) and Raphael Morini (15 PTS, 9 REB, 3 STL), but the margin never shrunk below nine. Boom's fifth straight win moves them to 5–1 in Group A; Brussels drop to 2–2 after their two-game streak ends. Royal IV Brussels host Union BC Quaregnon on Friday. Boom stay home to face RBC Belgrade on Saturday.
