JUVENTUS UTENOS

WILLY HERNANGOMEZ put on a clinic in just 20 minutes: 23 points on a perfect 8/8 from the floor, nine rebounds and four assists as Baloncesto Malaga dismantled Juventus Utenos 105–69 in Group E. The Spanish centre's efficiency was almost clinical. He didn't need range — 0/0 from three — and leaned on his interior dominance and free-throw composure (7/8 at the line) to run the game in Malaga's favour. Three turnovers and two fouls in that span were minor blemishes on an otherwise suffocating display. The 36-point margin tells its own story. Juventus Utenos never mounted meaningful resistance, and Hernangomez's early control set the tone for a one-sided affair that became a coronation by halftime.

Brandon Huntley-Hatfield has averaged 13.5 points and 1.8 assists across the 2025-'26 campaign with Juventus Utenos, posting a 50.6 TIB Efficiency rating. Against him tonight: Amine Noua, who has been the sharper operator in recent weeks—15.5 PPG, 59 TIB EFF, and the kind of court vision (1 APG) that keeps Baloncesto Malaga's offence flowing when it matters. This is the duel beneath the surface of a Basketball Champions League fixture with real stakes. Huntley-Hatfield's consistency in the paint and mid-range will be tested by a Malaga side built around Noua's rhythm and decision-making. Two different profiles, two different paces of play. Watch how Malaga's system lets Noua operate—whether Juventus Utenos can tighten the screws enough to disrupt his timing, and if Huntley-Hatfield can impose himself early enough to set the tone for his team. Tip-off is in three hours.
